Starter plans receive daily price updates. Vault Pro and Retailer plans sync every hour directly from the Pokémon TCG API, Scryfall (for MTG), and PriceCharting. Prices reflect current market sale prices, not just listed prices.
Yes. We accept standard CSV files with flexible column mapping. Our import wizard walks you through matching your columns to our fields. We also provide a template spreadsheet you can download and fill out.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not store payment credentials on our servers. Sales data and inventory are backed up daily. We follow industry best practices for data security.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data will remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. No cancellation fees.
